Carrying help only is perfect if you need extra hands to lift a sofa, bed, moving boxes, dining table, wardrobe or other furniture. It can be carrying help from the street up to your apartment or a short transport of a few items. We can also help you with carrying and transporting safes, pianos and chandeliers.

When is carrying help enough?

  • You've bought a sofa, bed or wardrobe that needs to go up to your apartment
  • Furniture needs carrying between floors, to the storage room or the basement
  • You're moving yourself but need strong hands for a while
  • Heavy items: pianos, safes, white goods, gym equipment or aquariums

Price and time

Carrying help is charged by the hour: the price is based on how long the job takes. The time depends mainly on how many items need carrying, which floor it is, whether there is a lift and whether the furniture fits in it — that's why we ask about it in the form. You get a free quote and don't commit to anything.

What does carrying help cost?

Can I get help with transport?

Absolutely! If it is a whole household that needs moving, please see moving help.

Do you move pianos, safes and chandeliers?

Yes we do. For special and heavy items, please specify this in the form when you book moving help.

How does payment work?

Invoice, instalments or direct payment. After the job is completed you receive an invoice and a specification of the work by email. Choose to pay by invoice, directly with Swish or in instalments.

How late can I cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations and rescheduling of a move must be made no later than 48 hours before the booked time for a full refund. To reschedule or cancel: call or email customer service

Insurance and guarantees

Liability insurance: Should an accident happen, we always make sure to have insurance that covers any damage that occurs. All our employees are of course fully insured as well.

Satisfaction guarantee: We are so confident that our customers will be happy that we offer a guarantee. Within 24 hours of the completed job, the customer can report any issues, which we fix at no extra cost. Photo documentation is extremely helpful in damage and warranty matters.

Our moving services follow the general terms of BOHAG 2010.

Can I use the RUT deduction?

Yes, you can use the RUT deduction for carrying help in connection with your home and for transport between your homes. You can also use the RUT deduction for transport and carrying help when you have bought or are selling a second-hand piece of furniture.
