How the price of deep cleaning is calculated
The price of deep cleaning depends mainly on the size of your home. With Pandy you get a fixed price right away when you book — cleaning supplies and cloths are always included. With the RUT deduction you only pay half the labour cost, and we handle the contact with the Swedish Tax Agency.
Window cleaning, oven cleaning and cleaning inside the fridge and freezer are add-ons, done at the same visit.

Prices are for deep cleaning after the RUT deduction, in normal condition with one bathroom and no add-ons. You add window cleaning, oven cleaning and fridge/freezer when you book. You see your exact price right away when you book deep cleaning.

What is included in deep cleaning?
In all rooms
- Vacuum floors, skirting boards, rugs and upholstered furniture
- Damp mop all floors (or clean them in another agreed way)
- Dust walls
- Vacuum and wet-wipe woodwork, radiators, open surfaces and the tops of wardrobes and cabinets
- Dust sockets and switches
- Dust lamps and pictures
- Dust open surfaces plus lamps and shelves
- Dust doors and door frames
- Polish mirrors
- Make the beds and vacuum the headboard
- Dust handrails, railings and balusters on stairs
Kitchen
- Clean the sink and counter including the stove and tiles
- Wipe out the microwave
- Wipe kitchen cabinet doors inside and out
- Clean tables and open surfaces
- Take out the household waste, if we know where it goes
- Clean the outside of appliances
- Clean the cooker hood and hood filter (not carbon filters)
- Wipe the plinths
- Wipe out cutlery drawers
- Clean the cabinet where the waste bin is

- Wet-wipe walls, floors and visible pipes
- Polish mixer, tap and shower head
- Descale walls and grout in the shower area (let us know when booking if the grout needs brushing)

What does deep cleaning cost?
It mainly depends on the size of your home. A studio of approx. 30 sqm costs from approx. SEK 2,728 and a two-bedroom of approx. 70 sqm from approx. SEK 3,966, after the RUT deduction and without add-ons. You see your fixed price right away when you book.
Is window cleaning included in deep cleaning?
Window cleaning is an add-on that you choose when you book. We then clean the windows at the same visit as the cleaning.
How does the RUT deduction work?
With the RUT deduction you only pay 50% of the labour cost for household services. Every year you have 75 000 SEK to use towards the RUT deduction. We handle all communication with the Swedish Tax Agency, so you simply pay half of the actual price. RUT stands for “Rengöring, Underhåll och Tvätt” (cleaning, maintenance and laundry) and covers our services move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, moving, carrying help and handyman services.
What do I need at home?
What you need at home is a vacuum cleaner, a mop and a bucket. Our Pandys always bring eco-friendly cleaning supplies, cloths and other materials needed to get your home clean. If you do not have a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, we can bring them for an extra 360 SEK per occasion.
Do you have a binding period?
No. With Pandy you do not commit to anything. With us you can always cancel or reschedule free of charge with 48 hours' notice.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation of a cleaning must be made no later than 48 hours before the booked time for a full refund. To reschedule or cancel: call or email customer service
Insurance and guarantees
Liability insurance: Should an accident happen, we always make sure to have insurance that covers any damage that occurs. All our employees are of course fully insured as well.
Satisfaction guarantee: We are so confident that our customers will be happy that we offer a guarantee. Within 48 hours of the completed job, the customer can report any issues, which we fix at no extra cost. Photo documentation is extremely helpful in damage and warranty matters.
