Get a quote quickly with Pandy. The price of your deep cleaning depends mainly on the size of your home, but also on which extra services you want, such as oven cleaning and window cleaning (which we do at the same time as the cleaning).
What is included in deep cleaning?
In all rooms
- Vacuum floors, skirting boards, rugs and upholstered furniture
- Damp mop all floors (or clean them in another agreed way)
- Dust walls
- Vacuum and wet-wipe woodwork, radiators, open surfaces and the tops of wardrobes and cabinets
- Dust sockets and switches
- Dust lamps and pictures
- Dust open surfaces plus lamps and shelves
- Dust doors and door frames
- Polish mirrors
- Make the beds and vacuum the headboard
- Dust handrails, railings and balusters on stairs
Kitchen
- Clean the sink and counter including the stove and tiles
- Wipe out the microwave
- Wipe kitchen cabinet doors inside and out
- Clean tables and open surfaces
- Take out the household waste, if we know where it goes
- Clean the outside of appliances
- Clean the cooker hood and hood filter (not carbon filters)
- Wipe the plinths

💡 Common questions about deep cleaning
What do I need at home?
What you need at home is a vacuum cleaner, a mop and a bucket. Our Pandys always bring eco-friendly cleaning supplies, cloths and other materials needed to get your home clean. If you do not have a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, we can bring them for an extra 360 SEK per occasion.
What does deep cleaning cost?

Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes we do! We bring cleaning supplies and cloths.
How does the RUT deduction work?
With the RUT deduction you only pay 50% of the labour cost for household services. Every year you have 75 000 SEK to use towards the RUT deduction. We handle all communication with the Swedish Tax Agency, so you simply pay half of the actual price. RUT stands for “Rengöring, Underhåll och Tvätt” (cleaning, maintenance and laundry) and covers our services move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, moving, carrying help and handyman services.
Do you have a binding period?
No. With Pandy you do not commit to anything. With us you can always cancel or reschedule free of charge with 48 hours' notice.
Do you offer key handling?
Yes we do! All our key handling is managed through the Realbridge system, where keys are also receipted and signed for digitally. Not just because it is super smooth – but above all to keep things as secure as possible (no names or addresses on the keys). Key handling is a one-time fee of 390 SEK
Can you bring a vacuum cleaner and other materials if I do not have them at home?
If you do not have a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket at home, we can bring them for an extra 360 SEK per occasion. For move-out cleaning this equipment is included in the price.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation of a cleaning must be made no later than 48 hours before the booked time for a full refund. To reschedule or cancel: call or email customer service
How does payment work?
Invoice, instalments or direct payment. After the job is completed you receive an invoice and a specification of the work by email. Choose to pay by invoice, directly with Swish or in instalments.
Insurance and guarantees
Liability insurance: Should an accident happen, we always make sure to have insurance that covers any damage that occurs. All our employees are of course fully insured as well.
Satisfaction guarantee: We are so confident that our customers will be happy that we offer a guarantee. Within 48 hours of the completed job, the customer can report any issues, which we fix at no extra cost. Photo documentation is extremely helpful in damage and warranty matters.
