Skarpnäck, area by area

• Skarpnäcks gård

Skarpnäcksstaden was built from the mid-1980s as a district of urban blocks with 3,400 apartments, almost all in red brick. Around Riksrådsvägen and Nämndemansbacken there are terraced houses from the 1950s and early 1960s. When you book, tell us what type of home you have and which floor it's on.

• Bagarmossen

A well-preserved 1950s suburb with three- to four-storey low-rise blocks, terraced housing and separate routes for cars and pedestrians. The plan dates from 1950 and most of it went up during the 1950s, though some of the buildings came as late as 1969. Because the footpaths are kept apart from the roads, describe the walk between where the vehicle parks and your entrance when you book.

• Hammarbyhöjden

The northern part is an early functionalist area of 1930s slim blocks, and the southern part followed in the 1940s and 50s. Two eras in one district — tell us your address, floor and whether there's a lift when you book.

• Enskededalen

Houses built as a garden suburb in the 1920s, often self-built family homes. If the house has a basement or attic to include, add it to the floor area when you book, so the fixed price is right.

• Björkhagen and Kärrtorp

Björkhagen was planned in 1945 and has slim blocks from the 1940s, while in neighbouring Kärrtorp the homes were finished in 1951. Tell us your floor and how far it is between the street and your entrance when you book, so we can staff the move to suit the carrying route.
