How the price of move-out cleaning is calculated
The price of move-out cleaning mainly depends on the size of the home. With Pandy you get a fixed price right away when you book — window cleaning, equipment and cleaning products are always included. With the RUT deduction you only pay half the labour cost, and we handle the application.
Booking move-out cleaning together with moving help makes it cheaper.

Important information
If you want us to clean behind heavy objects, please make sure they have been pulled out before we arrive. This is important so that our cleaners can do their work as well as possible without risk of damage or obstruction.
Under no circumstances do we clean at heights above 3 metres, so that we can guarantee the safety of our staff.
The cleaning included in our services covers simple wiping. If more advanced measures are needed, we will offer a quote on site. Please note that it is not always possible to fix this on the same occasion. If you are unsure what needs to be done, feel free to send pictures and talk to us before the visit to avoid misunderstandings.

How much does move-out cleaning cost?
It mainly depends on the size of the home. A studio under 25 sqm costs from approx. SEK 1,950 and a 61–70 sqm two-bedroom from approx. SEK 3,150, after the RUT deduction. You see your fixed price right away when you book.
Is window cleaning included in move-out cleaning?
Yes. Window cleaning is always included when you book move-out cleaning with Pandy, as are equipment and cleaning products.
Do you get the RUT deduction on move-out cleaning?
Yes. Move-out cleaning qualifies for a RUT deduction of 50% of the labour cost. Prices on the site are shown after the deduction.
Can you do move-out cleaning in a furnished home?
Move-out cleaning is only carried out in empty apartments. If the apartment is not empty, we instead refer you to our deep cleaning service. This is so that we can guarantee that the whole home is thoroughly cleaned without obstacles.
Who approves the move-out cleaning?
As the person who ordered the move-out cleaning, you need to approve the result as soon as possible after the cleaning is done. If you are unhappy with any part of the cleaning, contact us immediately and we will come out and fix it.
We ask you to be available on site or arrange for someone else to inspect the cleaning and approve the work. Complaints must be made within 48 hours of the completed work so that we can fix any issues free of charge.
How late can I cancel?
You can cancel your move-out cleaning up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. To cancel, use the link in your order confirmation. During office hours you can also call us to cancel.
All cancellations trigger an automatic confirmation to your email.
Insurance and guarantees
Liability insurance: Should an accident happen, we always make sure to have insurance that covers any damage that occurs. All our employees are of course fully insured as well.
Satisfaction guarantee: We are so confident that our customers will be happy that we offer a guarantee. Within 48 hours of the completed job, the customer can report any issues, which we fix at no extra cost. Photo documentation is extremely helpful in damage and warranty matters. Please note that only the person who ordered the move-out cleaning is entitled to the satisfaction guarantee, not those moving into the home. 48 hours after the move-out cleaning is completed, the job is automatically approved.
