How the price of a move is calculated
The price of a move depends mainly on how many movers are needed and how long they work. With Pandy we offer both a fixed and an hourly price, depending on what suits you and the move, and with the RUT deduction you only pay half the labour cost. We handle the application with the Swedish Tax Agency.

Price examples for a move in Stockholm
The examples apply to an average household, after the RUT deduction:
- Under 25 sqm (studio): from approx. SEK 3,135
- 36–40 sqm (small one-bedroom): from approx. SEK 4,300
- 51–60 sqm (one–two bedrooms): from approx. SEK 6,125
- 71–80 sqm (two–three bedrooms): from approx. SEK 8,000
- 91–100 sqm: from approx. SEK 9,875
- 126–150 sqm (villa/terraced house): from approx. SEK 16,000
- 226–250 sqm: from approx. SEK 27,400

RUT deduction on your move
Moving help qualifies for the RUT deduction: you pay 50% of the labour cost. The deduction comes straight off the invoice, and prices on our site are shown after it.
What does packing cost?
A packer costs SEK 430 per hour after the RUT deduction and packs about 7–10 moving boxes an hour. Count on roughly one box per square metre — a 50 sqm apartment is around 50 boxes, so about 5–7 hours of packing. Borrowing moving boxes is included.
Move-out cleaning in the same booking
Move-out cleaning is cheaper combined with your move. Window cleaning, equipment and cleaning products are included, and you see the price right away when you book.
Small move? Book a mini move
The price examples apply to a fully furnished home. With fewer belongings it becomes a mini move — quicker and cheaper. If you only need a few heavy items carried, carrying help is often enough.

Is it a fixed or hourly price?
We offer both, depending on what suits you and the move. With a fixed price you know exactly what the move costs; with an hourly price you pay for the time the move actually takes.
How much do I save with the RUT deduction?
With the RUT deduction you only pay 50% of the labour cost. We handle the communication with the Swedish Tax Agency, and all prices on the site are shown after the deduction.
My move is tiny — will it be cheaper?
Yes. The price examples apply to a fully furnished home. With fewer furniture and belongings it becomes a mini move, which is quicker and therefore cheaper.
Insurance and guarantees
Liability insurance: Should an accident happen, we always make sure to have insurance that covers any damage that occurs. All our employees are of course fully insured as well.
Satisfaction guarantee: We are so confident that our customers will be happy that we offer a guarantee. Within 24 hours of the completed job, the customer can report any issues, which we fix at no extra cost. Photo documentation is extremely helpful in damage and warranty matters.
