Handyman in Huddinge

Huddinge stretches from villa suburbs like Stuvsta and Snättringe to Skogås, planned in the 1960s, and Flemingsberg, which the municipality has designated a regional urban centre and a hub for healthcare, education and research (Huddinge municipality). Together with Skärholmen, Kungens kurva makes up Scandinavia's largest shopping area outside the city centres. We cover all of Huddinge.

Stuvsta grew up as a self-build housing area next to the station, where the halt opened in 1918, and in the 1950s three-storey rental blocks with pitched roofs went up around the station. Snättringe began to be parcelled out for houses in the 1920s (Huddinge municipality). Västra Skogås was built up in the 1960s, while Östra Skogås got small houses fitted to the terrain in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Grantorp in Flemingsberg, from 1973, consists of 18 slab blocks of eight to 14 storeys.

If the service van needs to park where it otherwise isn't allowed, you can apply for an exemption from the traffic regulations, but the municipality grants them sparingly and a longer walking distance isn't reason enough (Huddinge municipality). The 24-hour rule applies on public streets on weekdays (Huddinge municipality), and park-and-ride car parks charge a fee (Huddinge municipality).
