About the role:

As Business Area Manager for cleaning at Pandy, you are responsible for leading and developing our cleaning team. You combine team management with hands-on work, which makes you a central part of what we offer our customers.

Your tasks include:

Management and strategy:

• - Be responsible for staff planning and scheduling for our cleaners.
• - Coach and develop our employees to ensure high standards and job satisfaction.
• - Make sure our services are delivered on time and with the highest quality.
• - Manage customer relationships and be a point of contact for larger projects.

Hands-on work:

• - Take part in cleaning jobs when needed, especially larger projects or complex assignments.
• - Contribute expertise and practical help to make sure our standards are met.
• - Be a role model for the team and show that you lead by doing.

We are looking for someone who:

• - Has at least 5 years of leadership experience in cleaning or similar operational services.
• - Is a confident and inspiring leader who can motivate and develop others.
• - Is used to planning and organising work to meet deadlines and reach goals.
• - Communicates clearly and professionally, both internally and externally.
• - Is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be part of the hands-on work when needed.
• - Has a category B driving licence (required).
