Norrtälje, area by area

• The town centre

An area of national interest with a small-town character, where the imprint of 1720–1920 — low-rise buildings and larger landmark buildings — is still prominent. If you live in one of the older buildings, tell us the floor, whether there's a lift and the carrying route when you book.

• Grind

Mostly apartment blocks from the boom years of 1965–1975, with the Million Programme's large slab blocks and traffic separation. When you book, tell us where the removal van can stop and how far it is to carry things to the entrance.

• Färsna

A mix of houses and apartment blocks. According to the municipality, 60 per cent are tenant-owned apartments, 32 per cent rentals and 8 per cent owner-occupied (Norrtälje municipality). Tell us the type of home and the living area when you book, so the price is right from the start.

• Björnö and Norrtälje Hamn

Björnö is being developed in phases, with the emphasis on houses, and in Norrtälje Hamn an industrial area is being turned into a district with 2,000–2,500 homes (Norrtälje municipality). If you're moving into a new build, give us the address and floor when you book.
