Gustavsberg, area by area

• The mill streets around the church

The northern and southern mill streets were built from the late 1800s to the early 1900s. The houses share uniform proportions and facades in wood and brick, and were modernised in line with KF's ideas. If you live in one of the older houses, tell us which floor you're on and what the carrying route is like when you book.

• Gustavsbergs hamn and Porslinskvarteren

In the 2010s, parts of the old factory site gave way to new homes, mostly owner-occupied apartments and terraced houses. The municipality manages 90 kerbside visitor spaces here, where you need a parking disc. Give us the address, entrance and floor when you book.

• The KF-era housing areas

Once KF had bought the porcelain factory in the 1930s, new rental housing was built, followed after the war by detached homes and housing-cooperative estates. The planning ideals are linked to Olof Thunström at KF's architects' office. Tell us the type of house, floor area and number of floors when you book.

• Skogsbo

Värmdö's town hall stands here on Skogsbovägen, and along with the harbour, Skogsbo is one of Gustavsberg's main employment areas. If you have an office or business here, tell us the floor space and what times suit you for cleaning.
