Frequently asked questions
When will I get the invoice?
Once your job is done, we send the invoice to the email address you provided within 1–3 working days.
Before we invoice, the final hours are reported internally, and only then is the final amount set (unless you chose a fixed price). We always give an estimated price in the quote so you have an amount to go by, but sometimes the job takes longer or shorter, which affects the final price.
If you have ordered several jobs carried out a few days apart, go by the end date of the later job (e.g. moving help one day and move-out cleaning another).
What are my payment terms as a private customer?
As a private customer you have 10 days to pay after the invoice has been sent to you.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
If your invoice has not been paid 2 days after its due date, you will receive a reminder from our partner PS Inkasso & Juridik. Payment should then be made according to the information on their demand. Please note that a reminder is not the same as a debt collection demand.
I have been charged a reminder fee
If an invoice is not paid on time, a reminder fee and interest are added from the due date. If the invoice is not paid within the stated time, further fees are added depending on how far the process goes.
Why is my payment reminder higher than the original?
Partly because reminder fees and interest are added for late payment. PS Inkasso, our partner for handling overdue receivables, writes the invoice's total amount on the reminder. The note at the top of the invoice states the amount to pay if you are sure you have tax reduction left to use for the year.
I can't find the invoice in my email
Search for "Faktura från Pandy AB" in your inbox. Also check that it has not ended up in your spam folder.
Why is the price higher than the quote?
First check that you are not looking at the "à-pris" (unit price), which shows the price before the RUT deduction and is usually double the amount you need to pay ("Att betala").
If you have an hourly price, the final price is based on the actual time the job took and can therefore be either cheaper or more expensive. We always estimate the price as accurately as possible for your convenience, but external factors can affect the job, such as traffic, extra distances, or the job description being incorrect or incomplete.
My RUT deduction was rejected
To use the RUT deduction, you and the job must meet the Swedish Tax Agency's criteria. There is also an annual cap of SEK 75,000 per calendar year, and if you have exceeded it the deduction is refused.
Read more about the RUT deduction and its criteria on our RUT deduction page.
How does the RUT deduction work?
We have a dedicated information page for the RUT deduction: Read more about the RUT deduction
