  Plots went on sale in 1904, and the first houses mostly have timber façades. In the 1930s a centre with low rental blocks grew up around Spånga station and Spånga torg; the 1960s brought linked and terraced houses, and the 2000s terraced houses, semi-detached houses and larger apartment blocks. • Bromsten

  The Bromsten farm estate was divided into house plots from 1899. The Bromsten industrial area is being replaced with housing, so you'll find houses on the original plots alongside brand-new homes. • Flysta

  Mostly detached houses, but there are also a number of rental blocks along Spångavägen. Parcelling began in 1905. If you live in one of the rental blocks on Spångavägen, tell us the floor, whether there's a lift and the carrying distance when you book, and we'll plan time and crew around it.

• Lunda
