Wanted: Team Leader🛠️

About the role:

As Team Leader at Pandy, you are the heart of our handyman service. 75% of your time is hands-on – you lead by example and make sure our jobs are carried out with high quality. The remaining 25% you focus on team and project management: coaching our handymen and making sure our projects run smoothly.

Tasks:

Hands-on work:

• - Carry out the same tasks as our handymen.
• - Take part in larger projects that require extra planning and precision.
• - Support the team by being on site and solving challenges in real time.

Team and project management:

• - Plan and distribute tasks within the team.
• - Make sure jobs are completed on time and with high quality.
• - Be a point of contact for customers and subcontractors on larger projects.
• - Coach and develop team members to improve performance and job satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who:

• - Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or as a tradesperson/handyman.
• - Is a natural leader who inspires and supports the team.
• - Is good at planning, organising and meeting deadlines.
• - Communicates clearly and can deal with customers, colleagues and subcontractors.
• - Is technically skilled and not afraid to take on practical tasks.
• - Has a driving licence (required).
